What the warranty covers
- Manufacturing defects
- Casing separation
- Tread separation from the casing
- Abnormal rubber cracking within the warranty period
What it does not cover
- Road hazard damage, nails or cuts
- Running under- or over-inflated
- Overloading beyond the rated capacity
- Fitting in the wrong position or wrong size
- Accident damage or improper storage
Claim process: send photos of the tyre and its sidewall number on LINE → our team arranges an on-site inspection → we report the finding and either replace the tyre or issue pro-rata credit for the unused tread.
